Sanremo, 22nd April, 2018
The Superenduro championship, the most prestigious circuit of our country, starts in Sanremo.
The best athletes of the national scene compete on these paths, often with the participation of many raiders from abroad.
The level is very high, with special trails long, technical, very physical and with important pedal strokes.
Liguria has always put a strain on the athletes and the bicycles, in addition to the hot weather that started this week.
All reasons to be proud of the Guidi Rosas Bike Team guys who took part in this race.
In the junior athletes’ category, Matteo Fancello, despite some difficulties due to heat and allergies, closes 13th overall and 10th in his category.
In the general classification, Filippo Masotti continues to obtain good results placing himself 71st overall and 8th in his category, in spite of a puncture during the PS2.
Andrea Valsesia, always present at the race weekends, finishes 191st overall and 23rd in his category.
Congratulations to our athletes and a rightful thanks to the whole organization.
Next meeting on May, 6th at the Oasi Zegna (Trivero) for the final race of the 4enduro circuit.
Thank you to Barbara Ragazzi and Nicola Fancello for these photos.
