The first edition of Seaquip – Mediterranean Yacht & Marine Equipment Trade Fair, the new B2B trade show dedicated to the world of marine components and accessories, organized by Easyfairs, took place from March 4 to 6, 2026.
The event, which took place in Milan, achieved its objectives immediately. It attracted over 3,000 industry professionals, including naval engineers, designers, captains, and technical representatives from leading Italian and international shipyards. The event also received positive feedback from exhibitors and visitors.
For the Guidi team, this first edition was above all an important opportunity to come together, both internally as a team and externally with the many customers, agents and distributors who stopped by our stand. We had the chance to meet new companies, also right on our doorstep, and to turn many contacts into concrete conversations and shared business perspectives.
Participating in a trade show so close to home has been a valuable showcase for us, and we hope it will continue to grow over the coming years. We have believed in the Seaquip project from the very beginning, seeing its potential, and we trust that the organizers will keep a broad‑minded and flexible approach to make this event ever more comprehensive and international.
Another element that gives us confidence is the existing openness toward METSTRADE and, we hope, toward other key international events in the sector. A constructive collaboration between trade shows and industry associations can only benefit the entire supply chain, avoiding unnecessary competition and friction and creating a positive environment for everyone’s growth.
In short, Seaquip has laid solid foundations to become a reference point in the Italian B2B nautical calendar. At Guidi, we will continue to be an active part of this journey, driven by the same enthusiasm and passion that have always defined us.
