Italian Championship DH 2019 Sestola (MO), 23rd June 2019
The Guidi Rosas Bike Team give us still a lot of satisfactions: Alberto Filisetti winning in Sestola the Downhill Italian Champion title in the Elite Sport category!
A great result obtained at the end of a demanding weekend with constantly changing terrain conditions due to the Saturday variable weather.
It is difficult in this situation to find the right rhythm and there didn’t seem to be the possibility of aiming for victory; perhaps this is what allowed Alberto to face the race without pressure, conquering the 1st absolute place among the amateurs and the coveted tricolour jersey in the Elite Sport category.
Excellent performance also for Luca Roncolato who finished in 9th position in the same category.
So, the season in the team’s gravity disciplines continues in the best way when only one month is left until the next Italian race, this time with the Italian enduro championship!
