Test’s results on the Daydreamer during the 1,000 miles in the Tyrrhenian Sea.

In its fifth edition, the popular Test Cruise that every year sees the Daydreamer, The Yachting Media laboratory boat, engaged in the most varied product tests changes its name (and itinerary) and becomes 1,000 miles in the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Our valves have thus set sail for the 1000-mile cruise in the Tyrrhenian Sea which includes a visit to the most beautiful places in the Tyrrhenian Sea such as the Tuscan Archipelago, the Pontine Islands, the Campane, the Aeolian Islands, Sicily, Sardinia, and Corsica.

The last long crossing, before the publication of the test, from San Vito Lo Capo in Sicily to Villasimius in Sardinia, 160 miles of open sea, with winds expected to be quite strong, saw the closure of all the valves on board. The six Guidi valves of course closed immediately and smoothly, the two traditional ones still on board, as always, gave us a hard time.
